Large scale events require meticulous planning and synchronization between the entertainment, the venue, and the caterer. Because of this, we recommended that a third Hurricane staff member join the entertainment team. This staff member can be a party motivator, a lighting technician, or simply a responsible liaison between the venue staff and our staff. Once we meet with you about your event, we will decide which additional staff member best suits your engagement.

Included in all entertainment packages is our party planner. Pictured left is a sample of the front page of the packet. This planner is a six page document which outlines every detail of your event from the introduction to the grand finale.

Intelligent lighting is computer-controlled lighting that is utilized throughout all areas of the entertainment industry. These light shows can be seen at most major concerts, in many dance clubs and on many television awards shows.
