Wedding receptions require meticulous planning and synchronization between the entertainment, the venue, and the caterer. Because of this, we recommended that a third Hurricane staff member join the entertainment team. This staff member can be a party motivator, a lighting technician, or simply a responsible liaison between the venue staff and our staff. Once we meet with you about your wedding, we will decide which additional staff member best suits your reception.

Included in all wedding packages are free sit-down meetings as well as our helpful party planner. Pictured left is a sample of the front page of the packet. This planner is a six page document which outlines every detail of your wedding from the introductions to the grand finale.
